What are the payment options?

How do you pay for your Offroad experience?  We accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. Payment option will arrive, via email, after booking has been confirmed.  

What is your return policy?

All returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt of shipment, for a refund. 
If Item is received broken, please contact Seguro Offroad and include picture of received broken item. If replacements are available, replacements will be shipped, if not a refund will be executed. 

I booked an event, but it does not appear on the calendar?!?

Once you submit your information for a booking.  Drivers will review the booking time and date to determine if the booking time is acceptable.  This may vary, depending on weather patterns, maintenace or emergencies. Once booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming booking, and an invoice.
